Lady Roc Lacrosse is a not-for-profit premier women’s travel lacrosse team with players from the Rochester/Buffalo area. Our goal is to bring together players who love the game and aspire to play at the next level. Lady Roc provides players the opportunity to develop their skills through practice sessions and participation in tournaments around the country.

Lady Roc Teams are divided by graduating year from the Youth level (grade 4) through High School seniors.
Lady Roc’s primary mission is to help young woman who aspire to play collegiate lacrosse to achieve their goal. We have redesigned our program offerings to reflect this goal and make us competitive with other clubs throughout the country. Many athletes have already taken advantage of Lady Roc as a means to assist them in obtaining athletic scholarships. As our players continue to compete for spots on DI, DII, and DIII programs we want to make sure our performance at tournaments reflects our goal. We are still very committed to developing younger players by enhancing our youth offerings, and by adding additional practices for developmental players of all ages.
